The above monthly subscription plans/pricing are applicable only for VA services such as personal tasks and generic business administrative tasks. Any specialized services like website design or development, graphic design, digital marketing, SEO, accounting, bookkeeping and content writing would cost more as they require specialized skills*.

Terms and Conditions

As a user of the Services or the Site, you agree to use the Services and the Site only for lawful purposes. Use of the Services or the Site for transmission, distribution, retrieval or storage of any information, data, or other material in violation of any applicable law or regulation is prohibited. You also agree not to use the Services or the Site to

  1. Your primary virtual assistant will be available 5 days a week during your business hours. However we are open to service, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week except on national holidays. So any urgent tasks that need to be done on weekends can also be handled. But premium charges at 1.5 times the hourly rate of your plan shall apply.
  2. All prices are cited for a graduate assistant with basic virtual assistance skills. They cannot perform tasks that require specialized skills* as mentioned above. However, we do have specialist teams that can handle such tasks for you. Premium charges shall apply for tasks that require specialist skills.
  3.  Additional charges will apply for additional usage over the allocated hours in your monthly plan. The additional hourly rate will apply as per the monthly plan you are subscribed to.
  4. You can upgrade or downgrade between any two plans with a 30 day notice period. Notice is required to reallocate resources.

Rollover

5. All our PLUS plans come with the additional benefit of GetFriday Rollover Time. What this means:
   a. Unused hours from what is assigned as per your monthly plan gets rolled over to the next month automatically.
   b. Maximum numbers of unused hours that can be rolled over to the next month are limited to 20% of your assigned monthly hours. For Example, maximum number of hours available for rollover for Plus 40 plans is 8 hours.
   c. If you change from one PLUS plan to another PLUS plan, any accumulated Rollover Time in excess of the new plan’s allotted maximum will expire upon such change.
   d. In the event of cancellation, your Rollover Time, if any, is lost indefinitely.
   e. Rollover Time is not redeemable for cash or credit and is not transferable.
6. Special Terms applicable to PAYG plan:
   a. PAYG Clients will be billed the standard monthly fee of $5 every month, irrespective of use. This is a standard account maintenance fee.
   b. Any hours that you use will be charged at the hourly billing rate for the PAYG plan.
