Is there a call?

No. We email you the audit. If you want to talk it through afterwards, you can ask for a time from that email.

Do you need access to my Seller Central account?

No. The audit uses what is public on your listing and on the listings you compete with. It cannot see your advertising, inventory or account health, and it never asks for your login.

How long does it take?

We email the audit within 1 business day of your request.

What do I get back?

A written audit of that one listing: what is wrong, what it is likely costing you, and the fixes in order of impact.

Can I send more than one ASIN?

Each request covers one ASIN. If the first audit helps, send the next one.

What happens after the audit?
