Four product authenticity complaints cleared to zero

A reseller had four product authenticity complaints open at once on well known brands, one listing already removed. Every one closed. The client's words: "We are at 0 ZERO!!"

The problem

Shoppers had reported a reseller's products as not authentic, on well known brands. Four complaints were open at once: a lotion listing was already removed, and the Nike and New Balance listings were at risk.

What we did

We matched invoices from authorized suppliers to each listing, appealed, and followed up until every complaint closed.

The result

From 4 open complaints on 13 August 2024 to 0 by 7 January 2025. For another seller, an HDMI kit removed on an authenticity complaint on 23 September 2024 was cleared, with zero warnings on the account by 4 October.
