The problem
Unauthorized sellers had jumped onto a brand's Amazon listings.
What we did
We filed IP complaints with the brand's trademark and documents, done properly the first time. We ordered from the other sellers to see exactly what buyers received, sent Amazon side by side comparisons of the real product and theirs, then followed up and escalated until it was sorted.
The result
The brand back in control of its listings, and 5.00 stars with 5.0 on all six scores in the client's Upwork feedback for the contract, Protecting Brand On Amazon.
Shilpi did an amazing job!
