Reebok listings reinstated after a rights owner's IP complaint

A long-term client's Reebok listings were removed on a rights owner's complaint in August 2024. After our appeal they were back on sale in November, with the violation record removed.

The problem

A long-term client resells well known brands on Amazon US. On 14 August 2024 their Reebok listings were removed after a rights owner's trademark complaint.

What we did

We gathered the supplier invoices, wrote the appeal and contacted the rights owner, then followed up until Amazon agreed. The client heard every step from us first, on Slack.

The result

On 21 November 2024 Amazon reinstated the listings and removed the violation record from account health. For the same client, an authenticity complaint on adidas (4 January 2025) and a product condition complaint (21 November 2024) were both closed with the listings still on sale.

This is AWESOME!!! Way to go!!
