The problem
Three Amazon.ca stores had 1,160 suspected IP violations between them, flagged for trademark misuse: another brand's name in the listing text. Store one alone had 923, with the fix due in two days.
What we did
We rewrote the flagged listings to take the other brands' names out, then followed up every case with Amazon. The same work on all three stores.
The result
All three stores at zero by 16 July 2024: store one from 923 to 0, store two from 165 to 0 and store three from 72 to 0. Six days from the first screenshot to the last.
