Three accounts on three marketplaces, flagged for using someone else's trademark. On Amazon US, 382 suspected IP violations went to zero in about 19 hours.

The problem

Three accounts, three marketplaces, the same kind of problem: listings flagged for using someone else's trademark. On Amazon US, 382 suspected IP violations. On Amazon.ca, a charging cable listing that named the car it works with, which Amazon treated as trademark misuse. On Amazon.com.mx, 22 suspected IP violations.

What we did

On the US account we fixed the listings in bulk with a feed file, then followed up the cases.

The result

US: 382 to 0 in about 19 hours, from 6:14 pm on 13 May 2024 to 1:40 pm the next day by the screen clock. Canada: 2 to 0, with zero warnings. Mexico: 22 suspected IP violations to 0 product policy violations.
