Product condition complaints answered, listings reinstated

Buyer complaints about product condition put listings at risk on three Amazon US stores, one of them removed with $259,612 in sales at risk. Amazon's letters followed: "Your Amazon ASIN reinstated."

The problem

A buyer complaint about a beauty brand's hair styling tool took the listing off sale on 3 September 2025, with $259,612 in sales at risk by Amazon's figure, and Amazon's evaluation was already complete. A footwear reseller had complaints of wrong items and of size and fit, and a shoe reseller's running shoe listing was at risk of removal after a "Defective" complaint.

What we did

We read the buyer feedback, found the causes and sent Amazon new information: a plan of action covering the stock, the packaging and the listing.

The result

The removed listing's condition complaint count went from 1 to 0 on Account Health, though neither screen shows a date. The footwear reseller's letters of 10 and 17 October 2025 read "Your Amazon ASIN reinstated", and a third listing could stay. The running shoe listing was answered the next day: on 18 September 2024 Amazon said the seller may continue to offer it.
