One sports brand looked after on Amazon US, UK and India
We look after a sports equipment brand on several Amazon marketplaces. Complaints cleared in India, verification passed in the UK, conversion up in the US, and five stars from the client.

The client
A sports equipment brand sells on Amazon in the US, the UK and India, and needed one team to keep every account healthy and selling.
What we did
India: two product condition complaints on carrom boards, reported as the wrong product and as defective, were checked against the listings, and we sent the listing pages, invoices and product specifications with an appeal. UK: identity verification passed after repeated rejections. US: A+ Content rebuilt, with conversion up on 6 of 8 sizes. A new product category was approved after we sent the Declaration of Conformity and product images with the CE mark.
The result
India went from 2 condition complaints to 0. Amazon approved the new category on 29 April 2025 and the product went live. The client gave 5.00 stars, and 5.0 on every score, after the first contract in September 2024.
