The problem
A seller had 22 restricted product violations because listings sat under the wrong product type.
What we did
We fixed them in bulk by flat file, then opened cases so Amazon rechecked them.
The result
From 22 at 2:10 pm on 10 April 2024 to 0 at 4:48 pm on 11 April, about 26 hours by the screen clock. We use the same method on bigger clean-ups: in June 2024 our flat files went through with every record accepted, 705 of 705 and 261 of 261.
