The problem
On 30 July 2024 a food listing was removed from the Amazon.ca catalog. Canada requires food labels in English and French, and the listing images did not show that.
What we did
We made new images showing every part of the bilingual label and sent them to Amazon in a case at 1:52 pm on 19 December 2024. We called Amazon and kept the client posted on Slack at every step.
The result
Amazon replied at 3:31 pm the same day, 1 hour 39 minutes later, and started reinstating the listing. Our update to the client: "Now Canada is Violation free." On another Canada account in 2023, two headset listings removed as restricted products went to zero policy violation warnings.
That's great!! Thank you
