The problem
On 29 September 2026 two versions of an air purifier, HEPA Only and HEPA & Carbon, showed as two separate pages. Neither page offered the other version, and each kept its own rating: 4.4 from 84 on one, 5.0 from 1 on the other. In Seller Central the family was already right, one parent with 2 active variations. The fault was only on the live page, which showed one child, with the wrong variation theme.
What we did
We opened a case with Amazon. Amazon's associate investigated, and we found the cause and fixed it on our side.
The result
At 12:06 pm the same day, 2 hours 42 minutes after our first check at 9:24 am, the page offered both versions ($178.99 and $169.95) and showed the shared 4.4 rating from 84. Ratings also came back under the title on two listings: this family, and a second air purifier now showing 4.5 from 40.
