The problem
A seller's Amazon listings showed the wrong brand name, and normal edits would not stick.
What we did
We sent feed file updates to the brand attribute. They all went through, but the brand still showed wrong: some catalog fields only change when Amazon's own team changes them. So we opened a case with Seller Support, with the proof they needed.
The result
Amazon Seller Support replied: "We have fixed the incorrect attribute." The brand field is now right.
