The problem

The seller already used reimbursement software, but lost inbound FBA units were still slipping through.

What we did

We checked shipments by hand against what Amazon received, including ones the software had not flagged, then opened cases with the shipment records. We also file SAFE-T claims for seller fulfilled orders, with the evidence Amazon asks for.

The result

Amazon answered "A reimbursement is required" on 29 April 2025, then agreed on two more shipments: 18 units missing from one and 17 from the other, 35 in all. In one 30 day window, 7 of 9 SAFE-T claims were granted, a 78% granted rate.
