A monthly profit and loss report for an Amazon seller, 21 months
The seller could see sales, but not what was left after Amazon's fees, refunds and reimbursements. Now 21 months sit in one sheet, down to gross profit.

The problem
The seller could see sales, but not what was really left after Amazon's fees, refunds and reimbursements.
What we did
We built a profit and loss report in Google Sheets, one line per month: sales, sales tax, shipping credits, refunds, SAFE-T claims and FBA reimbursements, through to Amazon income and gross profit. It shares its sheet with tabs of Amazon FBA report data.
The result
21 months in one place, January 2022 to September 2023. Monthly sales ran from $13,207.84 to $30,865.43, and gross profit from 24.99% in the lowest month to 60.21% in the best.
